Officially begin full-timing
Effective a few minutes ago we no longer own a sticks and bricks structure. Between the Park Model RV in SC and the Accolade we have become full timers.

We love it. We purchased the park model in November and moved in in February. Since then we have been unloading the house and put it on the market. Took almost 2 months to close on the house because of the buyer's lender dragging their feet. We sold the house for 30K over asking.
The park model we bought is 5 years old and includes all the concrete patio and a 12 x 20 three seasons room complete with HVAC so it's a little more than the traditional 400 square feet.

Having a 50amp outlet installed today so that when we get back from the trip we can plug in and then take a day or two to unload.
Electrician is able to install the service without us being there and the neighbor is going to check the installation when they are done.

Not necessarily. They have axles etc for moving. Hookups depend on where it is located. Mine can be disconnected and moved in about a day. In SC they are registered and taxed as mobile.
As a note, a Park Model that is over 400 Sq Ft is not considered a RV and is then considered a mobile home.
