The Thor Survey
Ok, I just got my Thor survey in the mail just like they said I would. And just like a Thor product it also does not work... LOL... I really had to laugh at this one. I tried going to the web site and it just does not exist. Looks like I might have to just mail it in, well if they sent me the right mailing address....

They don't read them anyway. I sent a letter with mine and no response, zilch, none, nada. It is funny because no possible response could have fixed the problems but it sure would have gone a long way toward giving me a better opinion of Thor Industries.

From Thor customer standpoint the best survey would be after the wty expires. Existing survey might get results if we started posting completed surveys here.

The Thor Survey
I just got my survey letter in the mail as well. When going to the website as directed in the letter a statement popped up explaining that the web site was down and to fill out the hard copy letter and mail back using the postage paid envelope.
Seemed pretty straight forward to me.

it does exist. be sure to type in Thorsurvey.com. If you just google it, google adds and "s" (Thorsurveys.com) and you get weird stuff.

We got our survey six months after we bought the coach. In the comments, I mentioned that my dealer (Youngblood's RV) was having difficulty in getting a ladder replaced the one I damaged in an accident. A week later, I got a call from MHSRV (the selling dealer) checking to see if they could help. The next day, I got a call from Thor Motorcoach customer support saying the ladder was on the way and they were sorry they dropped the ball. Youngbloods RV (a Jayco Dealer) installed the ladder about five days later.

Bought our 2018 THOR on 11-18-2017 and just got the survey letter on 1-15-2018. The survey link does not exist! There are several repairs that need to be made and most were pointed out the day of purchase. They had us fill out a "we owe" document promising to get the issues corrected asap. Two months later and they still keep giving me the run around. Nothing but excuses! Very poor management at the Cocoa Florida dealership.

Sounds like a dealer issue. Did you buy from Camping world? That would explain alot.
I purchase back in July from CW and had a decent purchase experience but i learned ALOT in a little bit of time about CW's service/customer service. Best thing i can suggest is to stay on top of them until something happens. Call everyday, and then call Thor and give them your VIN # and they will tell you if work is approved and will even tell you if parts have been ordered for the repair. Do yourself a favor and do not just take the dealers word on it.
I had alot of issues and was not happy with Thor when i realized alot of the issues were dealer cause. I am not defending Thor as they have alot of work they need to do with CQ before a unit leave but dont let a terrible dealer sour your enthusiasm toward your new rig.
P.S. I got a call from Thor 3 weeks after purchase but never got a letter for an online survey.

Thanks jfreitas. Yes, we bought directly from the Cocoa Florida Camping World dealership.We do love the RV despite the defects and are excited about our upcoming trip to Tennessee. I will take your advice and call Thor directly tomorrow. Thanks again.

I got a survey a couple of months ago, and like the OP, found that the web site did not not work. I spent a few minutes with the questions and realized that they are like so many surveys (just like the one I got from my congress critter last week), the questions are designed not to elicit useful information. They are designed to get you to address only the things they want you to address and not touch on those nasty subjects such as poor quality or lack of performance.
It went into the trash will all the others. I wonder how much corporations and politicians spend on physiologists to craft surveys that will reinforce their pre-determined beliefs. At least by mail they couldn't give you the story you get at dealers - "If the answers aren't all 10's we get into trouble".
