Outdoor TV Power

Our outdoor tv crapped out, cheapo off brand. My intent is to swap the bedroom cheapo tv to this place and put a smart tv in the bedroom. The problem is the tv plug power cord in my 30.2 goes through the left side wall in the outdoor compartment and I can’t find where the plug is. Hardwired?? up in the top cabinet where the antenna switch is located is a 120v outlet, nothing plugged into it tho. That’s where the HDMI goes for that tv as well. I’d figure it’s unlikely but I’ve searched the area behind the sofa and the small storage compartment under the sofa and no outlets.

Wow! I find it hard to believe that they'd hard-wire a TV.
I think that you've got to get behind that panel somehow, and it'll all become clear to you,
Good luck!

If it is opposite of the kitchen cabinets, have you removed the drawers to see if you have an outlet down there?

Kitchen cabinets are in the opposite side of the coach. There is a large 2-door cabinet over the sofa but there is nothing plugged in up there.

My other solution is to cut the power cord at the tv and use it as a power conductor and install and outlet in the outside compartment wall. Then my problem is solved.

Call Thor before cutting anything. They can help you with wiring diagrams and how they put it together.

I will try that. I have wiring diagrams for my coach just for some reason it doesn’t show anything for that TV location.
