I have the 17 inch Blackstone. I did add the aluminum sides for wind protection that Jerry suggested a month or so ago. Works great and easy to store. I also have the Blackstone stand for it.

I don't take enough pictures of my cooking. We have the 36" Blackstone with griddle and grill top. It's great for larger gatherings. I've done steaks for probably 12, countless burgers, hot cakes, French toast, eggs bacon and hashbrowns. One of my favorites is eggs Benedict and have done that for 15 people.

I’ve got three of them. I had four but gave one (17”) to my SIL. I have one 17” with hood and side burner, one 22” with hood, and a 36” for family gatherings. I love them all, but I may trade one of them for the Pit Boss Sierra Griddle that has the ceramic coating. From everything I can see, you can use less oil, cleanup is easier, and of course easier cleanup means faster cleanup. And, you can lift it off of its stand and use it for RVing or tailgating. That said, I don’t think it gets better than Blackstone for Smashburgers.

Use our 22 inch at home and on the road. Absolutely love it. I have the hood and windscreen kit for it. Gave my son in law our 17 in.

Also have a Webber Q1200. Click image for larger version

We cook anything and everything. By the way to stop the “wind” problems, I use a welding blanket. They are cheap. Amazon or Harbor Freight. Under $50. Wrap around the legs and hang like a shower curtain.
