Weight My Truck

For those that may be interested.

I recently saw a You Tube where they used the Weight My Truck app to conduct a semi weight and to not have to go inside to pay or collect the weight slip.

Yesterday I downloaded the app while sitting at a PFJ and then setup an account with method of payment. Afterwards I drove across the scales and the app picked up the scale number, charged my method of payment and sent me a PDF of the weight slip via email. Extremely painless and got weight in a couple minutes without getting out of the cab to pay or get a weight slip.

I recommend getting the app if you don't already have it.

Is that the CATScales app? I have it on my phone but haven't tried using it at a scale yet.

Thanks for this very useful information!
So what did it weigh... versus what you thought it might weigh?

I thought I'd be close to the GVWR but I am under GVWR by over 2600 pounds.

The front and rear axle limits are 10,000 and 19,000 respectively with GVWR being 29,000 and GCWR being 41,000. Also, I had full fuel, 3/4 LPG, 2/3 fresh water, 2 adults, 1 dog and 3 cats in crates.

Here's the ticket.
