The Delivery Of My OUtlaw Was Delayed

Last Saturday; my Missus and I went to the Dealership to pick up our Outlaw.
As we walked out to it; she noticed that the color scheme were wrong.

Once we got to the rig: it turns out, that it had also suffered some interior damage during the drive up to this Dealership.
(The Backsplash came loose, and made some mayhem; as it rattled down to the floor..)
We didn't accept this vehicle; even after being offered a discount.
So a new one is coming, and we hope to pick it up soon...

Hi Bob
Just read your post about the wrong Outlaw being delivered. Do you mind me asking what dealer in New Your you purchased from. I have to come up to NY to pick mine up. I am waiting on my delivery of 2018 Outlaw 37RB. It should be in around May or June. What do you keep in the garage? I will be taking my Fatboy with me everywhere I go.

Black and gold. Great color combo. (I live in Pittsburgh) I bought mine through RV One in Albany. This is my first RV and I'm thinking of everything I have to buy for it, (working on a name for it) from water pressure gauge to everything else. Don't know what comes with it. Hope to meet you someday.

Boy... If I ordered new from the factory, I would be asking for some of these "extras" you know you need to purchase. It only seems like good customer care/appreciation to do so. When the RV dealership messed up the toad brake system installation it caused us to miss our reservations for the night.
We fought for a discount and got some Lynx leveling blocks thrown in.
