Welcome to the site.

You keep using that word; I don't think it means what you think it means.

Yes, like all of our vehicles have given names, well most.
We decided to call ours "FSOM2"
Our log cabin in the woods here is already called Front Side of the Moon.
Everyone's home has a pet name up in here.
They usually accompany an arrow, and they are found at the multiple road splits, that are gravel and unmarked.
We live up in Appalachia!
Our signs are getting in need of replacement, so we are shortening the signs to say FSOM.
The RV is now Front Side of Moon 2, or just FSOM2

Appalachia includes all of West Virginia and parts of 12 other states: Alabama, Georgia, Kentucky, Maryland, Mississippi, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Virginia. Forty-two percent of the Region's population is rural. I bet your house is a bit hard to find.

Geographically speaking, yes. But Appalachia is also a state of mind.

That is a great book with an ending that will leave you stuttering. The follow-up movie was just as good as the book!! Not sure if you've read it but it gives your name a double meaning...and a GOOD ONE at that!!

Asgaard, after the Thor homeworld (I know it's spelled wrong- now Marvel can't sue me!) At the end of the Ragnarok movie, it was explained that Asgard wasn't a place, but a people, and they loaded up everyone into their big freighter (like a space RV) and moved on. This is kinda what I did with my family- loaded them up and moved across country- so the name stuck!

My grown sons wanted me to give my ACE 30.2 a viking warrior name, gender didnt matter, & to have my brother who was once the graphics artist for the NY Ballet to cover my brand new rig in some fantasy style viking warfare; so far they haven't convinced me to tag it with anything - though I'm kind of partial to simply using RViking, which I use for some email & hope to blog with this year. They've made it clear I'm totally uncool (but they've been saying that since they were teens, so nothing's changed, lol)

RViking would be great and some theme graphics would really make your rig stand out

Hmmm, maybe we could compromise; I could relent on some graphics if they agree to let up on my name choice, thx!
