Aire Shakedown Trip

Finally got a chance to get this thing out on the road...as one would suspect the little gremlins are creeping out and the good news is nothing major! I believe that the Aire version of Mobile Suites has been slow to catch on, but for those that don't want or have a dually check them out really a viable option.
That said, on to the gremlins...
-We just found out that DRV was using the Xantrex invertor in these and has since changed to Magnum because of too many problems(like wont shut off) we will have the new Magnum waiting for us when we return.

-Having a little weeping from front right jack area, checked all fittings are tight, any one thoughts on what that could be?

-Worst issue, we originally found this "underbelly sagging" on that way home from the dealer(see pic) spent quite a few hours checking for plumbing leaks(none) and reattaching only after 500 miles it looks like this again. Usually these issues aren't just one rig, it appears to us, underbelly material is too weak to hold. Thinking span to far, material too weak and no reinforcement, what complicates issue is that is tank and plumbing line area. Asked DRV no real help there...
Looking if anyone out there has had or seen or solved this?

By the way nothing better than Oregon weather in the summer!

That underbelly system is the norm for trailers. My previous Open Range 323RLS was the same way with large spans and just a few clips here and there to hold it up. Although it's probably not going anywhere, I was gonna fix/modify it but traded it too quickly. At least it will be easy to remove if you need to. Wife wanted a MH to begin with. For the 5,876,453,985,403 time...she got her way. Happy Wife...Happy Life!

Glad to hear that you've finally got it's nose pointed into the wind, and the issues have been relatively minor.
By the way: what are you towing it with?

It will take some effort, but the undercover can be cut along an attachment support, more 1x2s placed across and the undercover screwed back to the new support with fender washers.
This is not uncommon a problem on several makes, just one of the nit-picking items that will pop up now and then.
