Best wood treatment

I asked a friend of mine who made cabinets for 30 years what was the best stuff to use on the wood to protect it. As I heard that pledge and other that contain wax are not great as it seals the wood. He said they used Weiman Furniture Polish, it contains 5 natural oils & UVX-15 sunscreen. I just wanted to pass this along.

You are not treating WOOD with that product. The WOOD is protected with the finish that was applied at the factory. Lacquer or some sort of plastic finish.

If you are trying to make a bad looking finish look better it will do that for sure.

Use if you want but IMHO a waste of time and money.

Wipe down with a mild cleaner and towel dry.

The wood looks much better with this on it. Richer and a deeper shine with out the wax build up.

I'm having fun with ya Ryan.

The same look could have been achieved with a Gloss or SemiGloss finish rather than the Satin factory finish.

You need to come to SoCal to show me!
