Filling fw

I have a new '22 Houston and went through walkthrough. I am unable to fill my fw tank and unsure if it is me or the Anderson valve.

I cut water off, switch Anderson valve to tank fill, turn water on and I get nothing. No sound of water filling and no change from 0 of tank sensor.

Water is fine with city pressure.

Is there another valve to allow filling the fw tank?

That should have been part of your walk through. Unless a DRV owner steps up with experience, call your dealer. You could instead call Thor, but your dealer should be your first call.

Please report back with the resolution.

I'm going to guess since you posted this in the DRV group and say you just bought a new Houston that you now have a new DRV Houston, so no need to go to the palazzo group......

Have you checked back with the dealer?
Some dealers and many owners add a 1/4 turn valve on the tank fill inlet (behind the panel) to prevent the tank from being filled from a faulty anderson will-leak manifold.

Your lines may also be connected incorrectly. Take a picture of your manifold showing the handles, go to anderson's website and see which model you have, then look up the plumbing. There are pictures on where each line goes on their website.

As usual, didn't notice this was in the DRV section, just saw the profile info of "Palazzo". Guess I'll delete the Palazzo response as "Off-Topic".

Well now I know what a "Houston" is.

DRV seems to name many of their 2 axle trailers with letters and numbers and the 3 axles rigs with City names, (excluding toy haulers).

We have a 39DBRS3 which except for an extra 24-30" at the kitchen living room interface is nearly identical to the Houston.
