DVR lift panel lights

Sounds like you are talking about the Panel for the hydraulic leveler jacks. Are the lights flashing or solid. A picture of what you are asking about would help.

Well if it has been sitting for several years you may want to try hitting the auto level button and let it relevel. Mine is a few years newer and I have a video screen. You can also google LCI leveler and find your information on your control panel. If they are solid lights I would think it is showing that it is powered up and ready. Flashing normally means a code. You might also try powering it don then turning it back on.

That means those sides are low and need to be raised.
