hmmm, you might want to recheck that thought, as I’m sure that your antenna, viewing from Miami, is not going to ‘see’ then spotbeam from Wisconsin!

You can do that with the dish wally, but not the hopper3 according to dish. It's coming, but not yet!

I used that as an example and have not tried it that far yet. However, when we were on the road in 2000, we had Directv and used one zip code all over the country and had no problems. Now, we were getting a West Palm Beach feed in TN and now have switched to a Nashville feed and we are up here in IN. No problems yet!

The other dish receivers work the same as the hopper 3 for receiving home channels. The post indicated it was just the Hopper 3 but it is NOT just the hopper three

This is true, but I was speaking about the app and being able to change the zip code on the app. Dish tech said you can't do it with the H3 yet, but the other receivers you can. Just repeating what I was told when I called in the other day to change the zip code. On the H3, you can call in to change the zip, but not able to use the app to change it. However, they did say it was in the works to fix that issue.
