Dish winegard travler 1000

I am getting a message on my box saying no communication with antenna. Any body know any solutions?

Check the data cable on the back of the interface box for loose conection

certainly sounds like a disconnect somewhere - you'll have to find and diagnose this one on your own.

Does the antenna have power supplied to it, if required? Not familiar with that model but some do require it. Have you checked that?

Have you talked to Winegard? 800-788-4417. Usually very helpful, but they don't know a lot about Dish setups.
One of the problems with different vendors for a single system--Dish surely doesn't know Wingard SK-1000 operations, but Winegard does know some ideas about Dish...
Forgot if you have the H3 and DPH42 switch? If so, is the power to the switch plugged in a live outlet?
Hope I don't sound too pushy, but these expensive setups can be frustrating at times.

No don't have the switches, and it has power, and it reads can't connect to antenna

After talking to Winegard, they are sending me a new turret. Has anybody changed a turret and how hard is it?
