DRV Storage compartment trim

The trim to my electric power cord compartment is coming away from the sides. Is this just siliconed on or what?

Use "Liquid Nail" for the repair...it sticks anything to anything and stays in place.

Check the screws that hold the frame in place and tighten them up.

This could be a sign of your rear cap being loose.

Do NOT use liquid nails!!!

Post a pic of that you have going on.

There are screws on bottom , but none on top of the frame.

This

But, the 4 screws are cheap china import junk, odds are they are self drillers used in sheet metal going into the wood (if you’re lucky) backing.

The screws don’t hold well in wood, they rust and break and if the rear cap is loose they just fall out.

Sad to say, you may have more then just a ‘screw loose’

Got to give them credit for consistency, consistently using the wrong screw.
