Furniture Recommendations ??

We are looking to replace our Recliners and Sofa with some quality ++ furniture.
We do not need a sleeper sofa so that make it a little easier.

Any recommendations would be appreciated. Thanks

Don

Great people. We have 2 recliners and standard sofa that was picked at Factory when the RV was delivered to Dealer

We replaced ours with Flex Steel Apollo. It's was a perfect fit. It's real spendy. 5k for both. Took 3 months to receive it. All electric controls. USB port. Couch and loveseat both fully recline. We have a Rushmore 5th wheel. Click image for larger version

We went with https://shop4seats.com/ when we replaced our couch with recliners. They can be a bit more expensive because, gasp, they use real leather.

We bought couch and a loveseat from La-Z-boy. I was thinking of going Flexysteel, but the local dealers did not have a single one in stock. And there was no way I was going to buy one with out sitting in one.

These are nice quality Stanton Made in Oregon. They are the correct front to back dimension and overall width. Love seat would replace the theater seating.

any piece of furniture that you like that will fit thru the door will be fine. Does not need to be RV furniture. Does not need to be bolted to the floor. Factory furniture was not bolted to the floor in my 2002 Wildcat or my 2011 Keystone. Lazy boy is great because the back come off form installation.

Don't you have to lay the couch on it's back to bring in the slides?

Yes, as we choose to have a deeper couch. It is a non sleeper, so it is light. But La-z-boy does make couch’s that fit so the slides can go in. I think one of the Models was the Madeline couch.

We've been looking to pull the sleeper couch out of our rig, and replace it with a couple of recliners..
Lo and behold: that option is now available on the 2020 models...
(Ours is of course: a 2019! )
So we contacted the factory...
Yes: they can be installed in our RV.

So the question becomes: factory stuff... or aftermarket?

Meant to ask this before.
Is the underlying tan color consistent with a fabric that was that color to begin with?

I’ve seen leather coats that were re-dyed but after a year or so looked just like your chair. The ‘dye’ was just peeling off to the original leather finish.

After seeing those chairs: I'm sure glad that my RV came with real "cow outsides" on the seating surfaces...

the thing about "real cow"...I've had some (house, not RV) that was cheap bonded stuff that held up only slightly better than the thor vinyl garbage.
So I'm reluctant to go cheap..... and I really never feel like there's a great solution.

I agree. If you "Go cheap": you're really just buying yourself a future headache...

Bob, always better to have 'cow outsides' as compared to 'cow insides'....
