Furrion Oven pilot light

Have a Furrion 2-1 range/oven. Recently installed this unit in my 2012 Elite Suites. The range works fine. The oven pilot light will not light using the Electronic Ignition. The pilot light will light using a match. The unit is a model #FSRE21SA-BL. Has anyone had experience with this model from Furrion?

Push and turn the oven control knob
counterclockwise to LITE position.

Continue to push and hold the oven
control knob in and rotate the ignition
button clockwise repeatedly until
burner lights. (Fig. 17)
5.
Continue to push and hold the oven
control knob in for 5 seconds after
pilot is lit. Release knob and verify
pilot stays lit. Repeat steps 3 and 4 if
pilot does not stay lit.
