Stopped in Amarillo Tx. on Tuesday night and our off door slide would not open. I did all of the normal checks still would not work. We were heading to Oklahoma City the next day. I called Rolling Retreats in Elk City Ok they were on the way. I went in the next morning and Slade repaired the slide in about an hour. He worked on the unit as soon as I got there. It was a diode that never goes out. Lucky for me he had one and we were on the way. I did not buy my unit there. He did the repair and the charge was very fair. I can recommend that if you need repairs and are their neighborhood to stop by.

My wife and I had the opportunity to meet Alicia and Slade this last March. Wonderful people, we were impressed with Alicia’s knowledge of DRVs! Slade’s service is legendary!!! I only wish we would’ve known about those people when we bought our MS.

Haven’t heard one negative thing about RR on these forums yet! Glad to see your positive post!

We have been going to Slade for warranty, then service work for 5 years. He's always been great. And we didn't buy it there but we will the next one!
