Happy Thanksgiving

I wanted to wish everyone a Happy Thanksgiving. I hope everyone is having a wounderful time with there family and loved ones.

I'm at a campground and spent it with my wife and 40 other campers. The campground provided a wounderful spread. It was like the original Thanksgiving in my mind.

Was away from my computer most of yesterday because we had Thanksgiving with Jo's sister near Colorado Springs and also with our church's minister and his wife. In the case of all of us, most of our families are elsewhere around the country. So, we "outcasts" had our own Thanksgiving.

Most of the day was with minor sleet and when we went to go home to the RV park, it was snowing. It took us about double the time to get home as it normally would have. Woke up this morning to 14 degrees and the first full snow cover for the winter. (We did have one earlier, but it wasn't a full cover on the ground.)









We have to be thankful for so many things. Our families, although separated from us, our health, the beauty of nature, and of course, the camaraderie of our online "family of the heart." Family is made up of blood relatives and the family of the heart are those we've grown to love, even if they are online acquaintances only.

May God's blessings be on all that we know in one way or another.
