Said the side was now out of warranty and he had a 5 month back log. (Of course that was after he first tried to claim that they didn't touch the slide.) I would up taking it to Lippert in Elkhart. They told me that the adjustment bolts had not been tightened by "Kevin" when he did the adjustment causing the slide to drag.
It's no big loss that DRV is out of the repair business for most of us. There are others that will do a better job.

YUP sad situation. "Mr NO" in my humble opinion is a real snake in the grass!!!!!!!
I am not a unknowledgeable person when it comes to quality and what can and can not be done as I was a Carpenter/Construction Superintendent for my career and a top end Finish Carpenter. So for Mr NO to tell me "I have seen worse in million dollar homes" when it came to a wall that was out of square 5/8" in 15" made me understand he did not give a rip about quality.
"IF" I ever buy another DRV all warranty work will be done by Rolling Retreats!!!
Can you tell I am still PIZZED about how we were treated back there???
