I may consider getting the all brass panel at some point but I was just passing on info I received today. I find it strange that the panel we have is no longer available, yet the distributor admits it is virtually brand new. Whatever, we are getting a new panel and really hope there will be no more leaks.

Just an aside, Sabrina Swan said her phone has been ringing off the hook due to problems with the Kantleak panel. She sounded at times as frustrated as I am with this product.

Joe

A new Kantleak panel was installed yesterday. Finally!! No leaks!! It's about time, to be sure.

On the Kantleak panel what is the "Normal" setting for?

How much are you paying to have the new panel installed? Mine is leaking and I am going to have a mobile tec replace it. Thanks.

"Normal" on mine is to operate out of the water tank using the pump. Had my problems early with that description--"normal" to me would be off city water spigot. "City Fixtures" is for operating off city water spigot; "City Fill" is to fill the water tank. Other one is to winterize.
Who ever takes the old one apart, be sure and mark the lines and associated connections they go to....

Wingnut, I never use normal. My pump will work on city fixture, even when not hooked up to water.

When they say the "New and improved" Kantleak is brass, is the whole unit brass or just parts of it? The one I have that is leaking is brass with plastic in between the two brass fittings. Thanks.

Don't know which is right/correct/factory setting--just what works for me. Could be mixed up connections behind the panel...
