The plugin will come with the trailer (mine was in a drawer in the island). Pressure is regulated so I replaced the short regulator hose assembly with a longer hose to be able to move my grill around.
I also made a "T" connector that plugs into the fitting under the coach to be able to use my grill and the fire pit at the same time. If you do this, make sure you do NOT use regular air hose fittings. LP quick disconnects use a gas cutoff that will not let you connect the hose unless the gas is turned off on the fitting.

You already have the best tow rig why not get the best gas grille????
Weber BabyQ or the Big DaddyQ. Had my BabyQ since 05 and the SS burner and Cast Iron grill show no signs of wear.

I wanted a smaller grill as it is just the wife and I. And this one is SS inside and out. I spent $400 on a grill about 10 years ago and the ceramic coated grates went bad after about 3 seasons. Then I bought the $99 special and it went 5 years with no issues. Plus being small it is easier to pack up and transport.

The BabyQ is small that is one plus but the fact the SS burner and Cast Iron rate are in great condition after going on 10 years of use is very impressive to me. I have spent several hundred on a nice large grille for our house and I replaced the SS burners every few years and then made my own grate out of SS 1/4" rods.

Grill input
Just our opinion after trying a 3 different grills. We've had a low end model by CharGrill we've had a mid level model similar to the one in the first post. Then we settled on the Coleman LXE. A couple of very important reasons for this.
1. Lights and stays lit under windy/cold conditions. Didn't realize how touchy some grills are to windy conditions. Almost impossible to light or to keep lit. Wound up having to use a cardboard wind barrier!!
2. When dry camping doing the griller's squat didn't appeal to me.
While the Coleman LXE isn't for everyone, it works perfectly for us. The slide out side holders make cooking convenient. And the two burner grill for a total of a 20,000 BTU, very easily controlled cooking surface.
The stand lifts and folds easily. It isn't for everyone, takes up more room but it certainly can be used in windy conditions and kicks the grill squat.
IMO.

Looking for a grill. Prefer LP gas. Must hold a 12" pizza, so I'm thinking minimum 14". Must be able to reach 500 degrees minimum. Short in height and inexpensive Any suggestions.

I am also looking for a grill. I want one with a lid high enough so that I can do a 'beer can' chicken. We have the gizmo for putting the can of beverage inside a chicken standing up, but I want a grill that I can close the lid on to cook it slow.
Thanks,
Fred

Just get a 2nd trailer like this guy:
Here is what he pulls on that extra trailer: - Golf Cart
- Full size home grill
- Full size smoker
- Full size deep-fryer
We were awestruck each day as he fired up a different "appliance" to cook the evenings meal (especially since the smoker ran all day). All of that was for a weekend!
The best part was watching him hitch up to that 2nd trailer: Had his daughter hold her iphone over the hitch and facetimed him (his phone was on the dash).

This is the one I use, stainless rod grate, the top latches down, all stainless construction, double burner and fairly inexpensive.
Shop Cuisinart 20,000-BTU 276-sq in Portable Gas Grill at Lowes.com
I use a folding table similar to this one (ours was from camping world) to set it on:
Compact Expandable Table - RIO Brands RA-I456 - Folding Tables - Camping World
That little table saves my old worn out back...
