Slide squeal

We have a loud squeal when extending/retracting the rear drivers side slide. Sounds like it could be comming from the rod with the adjusting nuts on it. I can't see much because the system is behind the bottom cover. It has been sitting in the garage since we returned home this spring.

Lubricate underneath with silicone spray & treat all the rubber seals with Pledge furniture polish (or the cheapo stuff from Dollar General), may not stop the squeal but sure won't hurt either.
