Soft close drawer slides

Do the soft close drawer slides have adjustments? I ask because I have a drawer that starts to soft close but will not go to the lock position.

I had a drawer in our home do that, chech to make sure there isn't something blocking it. In our case it was a towel.

There is a pin on the drawer piece that fits into a slot on the cabinet piece. Best to take the drawer out to see how the mechanism works. It is very hard to describe. I had lots of problems with this with my '13 Lifestyle. The side pieces would move and allow the pin to disengage from the slot. I had to use something the same size as the pin to realign the slot.
