Nothing at thermostat
Have a 2015 38 RSSA. Replaced thermostat and when plugged in new one a blue light flashed in the back of the thermostat, still nothing. Can anyone help me?

If this is your thermostat model, you might try the reset procedure. with the reset, the thermostat searches for what it is connected to and sets its self up.

The stat was completely blank. nothing, not even a light.

Sounds like a fuse was blown. Look beyond the thermostat.
