Water line to fridge

How do u disconnect this fitting connecting water to fridge?

Push on the ends towards the middle--and pull out one on one of the tubing sides. Easy to pull apart after you figure it out. Push hard together to re-assemble.
Can be tricky to push toward the center while at same time pulling it apart....
Can also push in (toward center) on the tubing while pushing in on the little shoulder part, it should release the tubing.
Don't give up, they do come apart.
