Water pump upgrade

I'm considering upgrading my water pump to a Remco Aquajet. Any experience, ideas or comments to share?
Thanks

Why do you think it is an upgrade? Why do you want to change it?

3. Variable speed pump

Not trying to force anything here but I wonder why there has been only one comment. Could I have posted differently. More info?

Mybe no one else has done it and therefore no "experience, ideas or comments to share".

Not sure. Maybe everyone is still using the stock pump.

I bought a new pump for our 1998 class C about 12-14 years ago. It spec'd out to be a higher flow rate and supposed to be a quieter pump as well. It made absolutely no difference. Just my experience...

Same with me. 2006 stock pump failed late last year. Replacement has higher pressure and flow numbers advertised but I haven't noticed much of a change.

George,
I was studying water pumps just couple days ago, thought ours had gone out. Lots of models/brands to choose from. I would think the one you mention would be fine. Might check for it on Amazon for reviews...

I was trying to stay out of the way, so that an intelligent conversation about them could get started.
(I know nothing about water pumps... )

Ahh, Bob, water goes in one side and comes out the other side under pressure...magic.

This is a DRV 5th section of the THOR Forum.

Our water pumps are in the basement and little noise travels thru to the bed area.

I personally think my stock WP is much better than the one that was in our 07.5 MS.

I swapped to an Aquajet AES that I had in our old Carrilite. Quiet and provides 3.5gl at 65PSI which means a NICE shower. The stock pump is for the fateful day when the Aquajet dies.
