You might try a couple of 2 x 6 boards to bring the back wheels up higher before the front wheel hits the ramp. By doing this is should change your angle of approach to the ramp. Butt one end of the boards up to the end of the ramp. The boards should be long enough so the rear wheels are on them before the front wheel is on the ramp.
If the tailpipes still hit the ground using one board per side try doubling them to raise the back end further. You can step the ends of the boards to make it easier for the back wheels to climb them.
This is the same procedure used to get a car with a low ground clearance on a tow dolly without tearing off the front cowling.
