My generator auto start controller has no power. Status on the remote panel in the camper is dark as is the LED on the controller itself in the storage bay. I also checked on the connector as described in the manual on the controller. 0 volts at pin 3 and 4.
Am I missing a fuse, switch, etc?
Thanks from the newbie,
Pete

I like the one I bought because it’s compact, light, and easy to setup, you may find one you like better.

It takes me 5 minutes to get my EZE UP in or out of the bag and heavy don't get me started. Definitely getting one of these.

Can one of you owners of a 2018 31W check your status lights for me?
2nd, when I run the heater I don't get any airflow out of the exits on the fixed side of the coach in the bathroom and near the fridge. General RV fixed the one in the bedroom that wasn't working but I assume the other two should blow air too?
Thanks,
Pete

As far as the vents, I have seen previously in the Thor Forum that they often get blocked by loose pieces of styrofoam that the factory failed to clean out before completing assembly.

On the generator auto start switch the light is only on when it is activated otherwise it is dark, along with the hours screen on the main control panel.
The heat vent going to the bath and hall it goes a very long and weird way from the furnace which is the slide to the fixed side. It goes all the way under the dinette, then under the coach then up into the wall between bath and fridge. Where it then has to feed two vent holes, that is why there is little to no air ever coming out of it. With the small LP tank I added an in wall electric Cadet furnace so I don't use the gas furnace much anyway.

We bought the same model in September, you shouldn’t have a shortage of beautiful scenery being in Utah. Love that place.

Me too. We spent two weeks in the rectangle between Parawan, Moab and the southern border of Utah. Fantastic!

Hi All
Just got my 31W back from General RV in White Lake, MI. All the initial quality issues by Thor we have found so far were fixed! The major one was the kitchen cabinet lower was not attached properly to the floor and dinette. This caused:
1) Cracked countertop
2) Propane leak at stove connection.
3) Disconnected heat duct from furnace (on slide) to bathroom (on stationary side).
4) Bad fit of the undersink door.
Really a myriad of problems because somebody left a bunch of screws out!
I'd also like to thank General for spotting two repairs to the flooring that they ended up replacing one of the faux boards in the floor. Very neat job splicing in a 5 by 30+ inch piece of flooring. You would never know it's there.

Great! Good to hear. I bought a new double wide mobile home back in the 80's. The floor in front of the fridge had been gouged. They fixed it up beautifully by cutting a square out from under the fridge, then sealing it with model airplane glue.

Hey fellow 31W owners a question: does your chassis battery store OK? My coach batteries have been storing just fine.
But my chassis battery must have had a drain since we got it back 5 weeks ago. Totally dead yesterday morning. Futz!
