2018 Thor Vegas

Hello, my wife and I are newbie’s into the RV world and we are now proud owners of a 2018 Thor Vegas 24.1 coach. Though new, we have taken the Vegas out about 5 times so far. We have noticed a few things here and there that needs to be adjusted. However, we just spent the night at a full hook up site in the mountains about 5,000 ft. We hooked up to their water source. It was good pressure. We don’t have a water regulater...yet. Question is, before going to bed, I turned on the tank heaters because it was getting 30 degrees at night. I took a shower in the AM and we noticed later that water was pooling below refrigerater and by the end of the bed. I did have hot water during my shower. Any thoughts on where the water is coming from? There was no water in or around shower or toilet.

Take either the cold air return vent below the fridge off, or look under the passenger bed mattress for two screws, unscrew them and lift up the panel under the bed.
The water pump and tank are right there.
It should look something like this without the clear pink pipe:

Look for leaks around all the fittings.

When ours was new the strainer wasn't tight and leaked.

Have you downloaded Ed's excellent crowd sourced manual for the 24.1? You'll find a lot more info than what I'm providing here.

Several owners have reported the strainer being full of plastic bits. It will be near the pump, a small clear bulb. With the pump turned off, put a towel under it and unscrew it. Wouldn't be surprised if you find it wasn't tight, as Jamie pointed out.
