2022 thor windsport 29m HELP

Purchased a 2022 thor windsport 29m fromRIDGELAND SC camping world on 4/22/2022. It has been with them for 6 months having 21 warranty items fixed. I’ve contacted corporate CW 3 times and thor corporate thor 3 times and all we get is ‘sorry’.. any ideas on how to get thor and cw to make this a priority. A ridiculous situation. In short, what do we do?

Consult a lawyer for legal advice on rescinding acceptance of the RV and the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act. Provide the lawyer with you facts, dates, correspondence, and documentation. Take the lawyers advice instead of seeking legal advice on an Internet Forum.

If it works well enough to go camping, use it till they get the parts in, then take it in and have them fix it. Keep doing that or it will sit there forever.

Send Thor the certified letter citing reasonable time for repair and give them one final attempt. Without the letter you didn’t talk t anyone.

If pressure on Camping World AND Thor gets you nowhere, have an attorney send them both a letter. First call the owner of Gander RV which owns C.W. His office will snap to. I called them once and it was amazing how they got interested in my problem!!!! GOOD LUCK; Bob Trice
