A Piece of advice: Set up an account At this link;

They will want your Name, your phone number, an email address that they will use for a user ID, you choose a password and type in you VIN. This login will provide you with downloads for pertinent manuals, troubleshooting guides, How to videos, a list of component makes and models, Recall notices and tech bulletins. This will give you a lot to read and validate and will help you learn how to operate your Palazzo.
I own a 2016 Palazzo 36.2. I bought mine new in June of 2016. I have had a much steeper learning curve than I had with my 2005/6 Fleetwood Bounder 36U that I entered the world of the self propelled RV with.
Hopefully the previous owner found and fixed all the bugs and gremlins that new Motor homes seem to have. My first advice is educate yourself, validate the condition of your RV and constantly inspect the sealants and get them patched before you get water damage. Learn how to operate it as soon as you can. Have fun. (It's similar to owning a boat) I like mine almost as much as my DW that never fixes anything, and plan to keep it till I'm done traveling that way.
Almost forgot; find out if you need a class B license to operate your vehicle. I don't really know the law in California, but I saw something that implied it might be required there. I base this on my experience where I discovered that in some states The license class is by weight. I was told by many people that RV's were exempt,but found out that "many people" don't read thee rules. Check for a rule book maybe like Rules of the road for non-commercial heavy vehicles. Might save you trouble down the road. In Illinois; Greater than 10,000 lbs GVW towing less than 10,000 lbs class C. Greater than 26,000 lbs towing less than 10,000 lbs Class B. Greater than 26,000 lbs or towing Greater than than 10,000 lbs Class A. These are non cdl ratings for non commercial, use.
