Hi we have a 2022 Thor Four Wind 28z
It has an Axxera touch screen radio with
Back up camera function
The screen is very dark and I can’t find a model
Number to get a manual. How do I find the model
Number to try and brighten contrast ?

If you go to the Thor Owners Site, it should have a build sheet with the make and model numbers of the key components.

Mine has the model number on the upper left hand side of the bezel. It is also listed in the settings of the menu under the label version.

Not to mention the build sheet in the RV itself in one of the cabinets.

In the meantime, while you do all of the above, file a warranty claim with Thor. As far as you know you have defective radio. Get it documented ASAP. If it needs to be replaced it may be months anyway?

Elcome to the forum! And , Ace, my Axxera had no booklet in the cabinet. MY question to the poster. Is the screen so dark that you can’t see detail? Did you get a remote? Axxera has a website. There you’ll learn that the TV’s don’t have codes to allow the use of a Roku remote. You’ll also figure out that the pixel quality of the cameras suck. I can see my trailer behind me by turning the emergency flashers on while driving. Can’t see detail but at least I know the trailer is still there. I Use mirrors for lane changes and checks. I can’t imagine looking down to my right, at a snowy screen, to tell if a vehicle is next to me.
