Chateau Super C
We are expecting our new Thor Chateau Super C any day now. Any Super C owners have any words of wisdom for us?

I'm not in a Super-C; but I'd still like to say "Welcome to our little funhouse!"
Post some pics of your rig when you pick it up!

Good luck with your super c, we have 2016 sk, working the bugs out but we like it. Have made a bunch of upgrades.
Just came back to CT. from camping in South Carolina.
Keep in touch with this forum, real good knowledge base.

Digger,
Hope your rig was delivered in good shape and all worked fine?
We got ours about a week ago and completed all the minor issues. Now we’re ready for a shake down weekend.

Finally got the new rig on the road. Most all works well but a few hiccups and questions. Generator worked but now won’t start, just clicks like there is not enough batt power, maybe a loose cable.
Questions; why does step come up when power is unplugged? Normally this happens when ignition is turned on. Under the kitchen sink near furnace gets very hot, anyone come up with a fix? Thinking of adding some duct tape or insulation to make it a bit more efficient.
Will report more as we discover it...

On my Hurricane there is a switch on the inside by the door that says "step" or something like that. If you switch it on it will not retract the steps until you start the vehicle. Also, my hot water heater is under the kitchen sink and it does get warm under there especially when I'm running the hot water heater on gas rather than electric.

Yes, I had the switch set and it stayed down until I start the truck or unplug. Never had that unplug part on my other 3 RVs.

You can but only for a certain time after you've posted and before a lot of people have seen them.
