class A motorhome new owner
Hello, Jeff and Dawn from Sturgeon Bay, Wisc....we just purchased a 2012 Hurricane 32A w/ 16000 miles.....
In the coming weeks and months, we will be selling off all personal items, and downsizing to live full time in the RV, hopefully, first stop for the winter months will be Las Vegas, as we lived there for 21 years until Jeff retired in 2007, the grandchildren are there, and we would like to see them grow up a little, and be a part of their lives a bit more, then off to somewhere cooler for summer months
hope this was a good purchase....got it for under 50 thousand, and the previous owner bought it three years ago for 77,000,00 .
out buying all the little things for it now....
The only known flaw now is the curtain that covers the windshield area, as the white backing material is shredding due to the sun exposure... Also, would like to tow a Jeep Liberty, so if anyone
has any insights as to the Blue Ox, or using a car dolly....thanx

Welcome to our little piece of things, and congratulations on the start of your new adventure!
How about some pictures of your rig?

Congrats and welcome!
We recently got a Blue Ox Avail tow bar. It is set up with a base plate on my F-150. I love it. It is easy to connect, disconnect and my TOAD tracks beautifully behind my Class A.
I also have the Invisibrake system, and I am extremely satisfied with it as well.

Congrats and welcome to the forum! As far as towing a Jeep Liberty, if it is a 4x4 it can be towed 4 down using a tow bar (such as Blue Ox, etc.) but if it isn't, you will need a trailer as it can't be dolly towed. We miss our Liberty as we weren't able to tow it and didn't want a trailer.
Oh... since I see you are from the great state of Wisconsin - Go Pack Go!!!

Welcome and congratulations on your new to you coach. Can't help with the Blue Ox but our Liberty tows great with our Road Master set up. Tracks perfect and I barely know it back there. As long as it's 4wd the Liberty is an outstanding toad.

Hello and welcome. My Hurricane had the same curtain issues. We decided to make our own from quality fabric. I added the grommets and roller hooks to the track. No more problems. I had looked for replacement curtains but wasn't willing to pay $500 for them. Best of luck with your rig.
