Drivers seat axis 24.1

We pick up our used 2016 24.1 yesterday.
Everything works amazingly well.
Small dealer tested everything to make sure everything worked well.
OK so I'm driving my wife crazy this morning because the driver seat will not swivel past 90°
I need to do is get the left arm rest off and it will be perfect swivel around.
Any suggestions I am extremely mechanically inclined So please don't hesitate with technical details.

Question, not answer - sorry!

I have this same issue with my '17 Vegas 24.1. I want the driver's seat to be part of the 'living room' when I have multiple people visiting. Curious if you ever figured anything out? I kinda hate to lose my left arm, yet might be willing. An 'off/on' solution would be great. Thanks.

Yes I was able to remove the left arm rest it was quite difficult to do. It comes off by pressing in very hard I had to use my knee against it and pull the armrest backwards it will then pop out. The first few times the amount of pressure pushing on the armrest was excessive to get it to release. I don’t know if it is one a little bit or I have better technique but it comes off much easier to allow the chair to swivel effortlessly.
So the key is lots of pressure pushing in on the hinge of the armrest and turning it backwards until it pops out.

I got mine w/o arm off!

I read further and someone posted saying they could do theirs w/o arm off. So I tried what he said and it worked!!

1.Tilt Wheel up (which I always did when i tried before)
2. Arm rest down (ditto above)
3. Tilt Seat fully forward (THIS I had not done, releasing the back of seat forward)
4. Rotate Seat and slip arm rest under steering wheel.

He didn't say, but I sat in there and moved the seat (forward to back) to just where the back of the chair cleared the 'under window console'.

I couldn't believe it worked!

Thanks
