Congratulations.

Hmmm from WV...how far do you want to drive?

You're probably not far from DC: Cherry Hill Park is a great campground to stay at when visiting DC.

Where in WV? Since almost heaven you don't have to go far!!! We go regular around the New River Gorge since our grands live up there still. We use to go up around the ski resorts but back then to hotels or rental condos. But I'm sure there should be summertime only campgrounds up that way. Plus heard of some campgrounds while traveling out of Morgantown towards PA and Maryland in the national forest. Lot cooler up there even this time of year. Enjoy, Dennis.

thanks Dennis,,we are in the eastern panhandle, so we do have alot of options as PA, MD, VA AND WV. I love going to Gettysburg PA OR Williamsburg VA, just need to get my temp tags, oh just out of curiosity,, does it cost more for inspection for an RV than your car?

thanks

Well you live in a great area and pretty close to a lot of stuff. We normally in Fayettevile WV near the New River and Fayetteville is where daughter and grands live. Rifrafters campground on the south side of bridge in town is where we stay. Enjoy, Dennis.
PS, couldn't answer about inspection as I left WV in 2003 bf RVing!!!!

Laury Caverns and Natural Bridge in Virginia shouldn't be too far from you.
