Hi just would like to say hello to everyone great forum. O do need some help .I have a 2018 thor axis 25.5 and I can't get my televisions to work. Even if I use a DVD connected to the tv it still says no signal. Help

Welcome to the forum!
Have you tried selecting the source with the "Input" selection button on your remote (or via the controls on the side or bottom of your tv)?
If your DVD player us connected to the HDMI 1 or HDMI 2 port on your TV, then that's the Input you need to select.
I hope I didn't state something you already knew and was not the issue.

Hi and thanks for your reply I have tried the inputs and it does recognize the DVD player but input screen or the satellite dish ,but when I go to the screen after the input prompts it still says no signal. I am stumped. Thanks to all for any help. Fred c

Fred, in the cabinet above the kitchen sink, there is a selector for Cable/Antenna. make sure it is in antenna position.

Are you saying that all TV's display the words "no signal" regardless of what input you select?
My 2018 Palazzo came with an HDMI matrix switch box which allows switching between 2 sources and feeds the same signal to all TVs (i.e. position 1=DVD, position 2=DirecTV) but if the matrix switch is not powered on then you will get "No Signal" from the the matrix switch.
If you are trying to watch local over the air broadcast TV from your roof antenna, then the power for the antenna amplifier must be on (small button on coax wall plate with coresponding small red LED when amplifier is on) and each TV "input or souce" must be set to the "TV" setting. (There are additional TV settings required in the set up menu for scanning channels or settings for "campground cable")
I hope I'm not stating the obvious for you or misunderstanding your issue.

Thanks everyone for your reply I found out that the tv over the entry door was shorted and the hdmi 1 plug had a burnt spot at that plug .I purchased the motorhome used and wasn't told about the short. After hooking up a DVD to the outside tv and it worked fine I knew it was a cable or the tv when I removed it from the wall is when I noticed the burn Mark's. Used the tv from the bedroom and hooked it up and it works fine. Thanks to all for your input. 😊
