Freshly Downsized

Hi everybody,

I just recently traded in my 35-foot class A 09 Bounder for a 24-foot class C Freedom Elite. The wife + 2 dogs are going to be doing more weekend outings then full time living so we decided the Bounder was too much.

Welcome aboard, My wife would hate me if we downsized that much, I'm still hearing it about go to a coach that's a foot shorter.

It's been a challenge, but a good excuse to get rid of 30+ years of stuff we every used anymore.

We downsized to the FW 24F back in April. Just us and 2 dogs now also. We love that little rig. I feel like I'm driving a delivery truck it's so easy, but when we set up and put out that full side slide...AWESOME room. Plenty for what we need. Tows my Honda HR-V like a dream. 10-11 MPG. Dinette is made to a bed for one of the dogs and wife when she needs a nap from all my driving. The Aussie rides in the cab with me.
