A long 10 weeks....

Greetings from the mountains of NC....yesterday, we ordered our 2018 Thor Windsport 29M. 10-week delivery schedule will give us time to collect valuable information from this site....and purchase all the "must haves" for our first outing!

I took a tour of the factory last week hoping to see mine being built, but there was a week delay in orders because they made a change in the building process. Takes about a week to build and longer if you get the partial paint. Mine is scheduled to come off the line tomorrow. It took 10 weeks to build and they say up to 2 weeks to deliver to the dealer because of the busy time of year. Gives you time to start rounding up items listed on Jerry's post.

Yeah...they told us 10-weeks but we're guessing it will be longer! Like you said...plenty of time to round up the extras. This month it's towing items to get our Jeep ready....that stuff adds up fast!!!

We have one on order also and was told by the dealer the factory was running behind in production. Due in the second week of June but I am not holding my breath.

We ordered our 2018 Miramar 11 weeks ago and still waiting. Really hoping it comes in before June 14-15th since it looks like the fed will raise rates again.
