Its transferrable 60K or 5 years the cost 5800 buck for the prior owner. However I will do most all repairs and services. Sure hope the WRTY is never needed.

Many times they can be canceled with a prorated refund. I bought one with my first MH but after a few months I figured out how basic and easy to repair these things really are. I cancelled and got a nice little refund.

We love ours too! Bunks are perfect for our dogs. We are replacing sofa with theater seats though.

I have an Ace w/bunks & use the bottom bunk for my mobility service dog's kennel & supplies, the top bunk is my pantry
