Thor house radio - no reception

Hi! I cannot get reception AM or FM on my 2020 23T Thor house radio. It is like the aerial is disconnected. Any advice? Many thanks!

Remove the radio - you'll likely find the antenna wrapped up and tied together instead of spread out,

That's what was wrong with ours. Currently have the wire running up the wall.

Thank you. I took radio off wall, Connected an aerial and presto! It all works now!

Isn't it nice to run into a simple fix every now and then?
