Hello from Boston!

Ellen and James here.
After a Class C rental in Central Florida (over New Year's weekend) and after much research, we purchased a 2017 Chateau 23u with 2730 miles in North Carolina in mid January.
Oops! Had to drive home to Boston over the next couple of days having never owned an rv or a large vehicle and nothing in the RV!

Left in late February for what turned out to be a 3200 mile abbreviated trip west to Pittsburgh, (grandkids) and south thru KY, TN and into Georgia where I had intended to spend several days on the Appalachian trail.
Due to Covid, that did not happen and we ended up heading back home after 32 nights out.
We're having lots of fun and feel that we bought the perfect size for our needs.
I've got lots of questions and have read many many threads on this forum and have found lots of answers already.
Looking forward to being a member.

I've got several questions relating to the outrageously loud cab noise with hearing damaging db levels (95db+) and about house batteries not holding a charge.
