House warming suggestion.. buy a rubbermaid hot mat that will fit in your galley sink. then You can load up the crockpot in the morning of your travel day, plug it in [using the inverter or running the gen set] when everything starts smelling really good, park and finish the 'fix'ns.. [Don't forget to secure the lid...don't ask...]
