Hello & welcome.

Lots of options for 'aftermarket' car/SUV/pick up truck rear view cameras. I don't know if one can add extra length to the wires so they can be used in a motorhome. I wouldn't be surprised to find there are even wireless rear view cameras available.

Are you a DIYer? If not, find a local independent RV repair shop and plan to spend some of your kids inheritance...

Thank you for responding. I am a DYIíer with making things out of wood and can fix a lot of things but with all the choices out there itís difficult to know what one to get. Then I wonder if I can tap into the wiring thatís on my back up camera? I have owned a few park model campers but am new at the motor home seen. Been doing a lot of reading on how things work.

So you are saying you already have a backup camera?
Does it not work and you need a replacement, or do you want an additional one?

I used this on a previous camper. I added a license plate camera for the lower-angle view. Both worked together pretty well. The upper camera replaced a failed Furrion.

Just curious, if you have a backup camera now can't you set the display to show the camera for a rear view while driving? I don't know anything about the Coleman, but there should be a way to show the camera view while driving.

No the back up camera does work. I read the installation and owners manual AVM2307S and cannot find any information about it being able to use it while Iím driving. I have my RV in storage and havenít had a lot of time to figure this out. I live in a town home and canít park it in my driveway overnight so as of now my time is limited

Your Axxera AVM2307S does allow full time rear view; it is in the settings.

Or put a splitter on the VIDEO-IN cable to the radio and add a 7" to 10" monitor on the dash in a more visible place. Many threads here on this Forum about doing that MOD.
