Hello! We are new owners of a ‘22 Thor Omni but not new to RV’ing. We took delivery of the coach yesterday and the electrical is having issues… we don’t have shore power when plugged in and the dealership is scratching their heads as well. Please talk me off the cliff! Any advice on any subject would be much appreciated.

Did you have shore power on your PDI?

Welcome aboard, sorry to hear about you issues. Could be something as easy as loose connections at the transfer switch. Good luck

When we did the walk-thru we didn’t have power but they replaced their extension cord and said it worked. They brought the rig around front for us and we left the dealership - probably should have made them show us before we left

Welcome to the forum. If it's not just simply a "use" switch not being on, take it back to the dealer if you can.

Use/store switch should be inactive when plugged to shore power. There’s a breaker in-line near the house battery. Probably yellow. Reset it. There may also be a blue breaker near the chassis battery. Reset it.
