As stated above, Hello.
We have purchased a new to us 16 four winds 35sf.
Yet to take delivery until this April.
Been without a coach since last summer.
Anything we should look for prior to acceptance?

Good for you ! There is a delivery checklist available from Ed Felker, I believe...use that and take a video with your phone or camera of the walk through .

Literally everything. Get the big check list and spend a good 2 or 3 hours going over the rig in tremendous detail. Check every little thing. Check things you know you don’t need to check. It’s amazing how fast new sale work gets done vs warranty work.

Welcome to our little FunHouse!
Since you've already owned an RV: it should be pretty easy for you to keep a close eye on everything during the PDI.
After all: these things all have pretty much the same systems, and I'm sure that you've got enough experience with them to know what needs special attention...

Welcome aboard! Great folks with lot's of knowledge on this forum.
As far as the PDI, make sure the sales peeps demonstrate ALL of the systems. Our unit was used and I didn't try the rooftop antenna. Did PDI inside the dealers shop in March so didn't try the TV.
When we finally took the rig out on its maiden voyage the antenna didn't rotate. It was damaged from clocking low hanging branches. The dealer wouldn't replace it and I couldn't say for sure ( I doubt it) if I did it getting into my drive past our trees.
