New to RVing. Got a new Thor Tranquility 19P.
Love the floorplan. not happy with delivery experience and product problems.

anyone have recommendations regarding navigating issues with LaMesaRV in Sanford, FL?

I feel I got the bums rush.

Also, who has the terrible Velcro rear side seats vs the "jack knife" hinge style seats. I have the terrible Velcro kind and hate them.

With any service shop, the worst thing is to leave it while they promise to check it out, order parts and complete the repair. Plenty of horror stories of folks who lost use of their rigs for months.

My best advice is to use checklists. Every pilot does. They will help reduce stupid mistakes.

Welcome to the forum. We have the same floor plan with the jack knife style. We use self inflatable sleeping pads and sleep like babies. I can speak about the velcro design, but I think all of us had to make small sleeping adjustments. Enjoy the RV, it's a blast.
