Hope all are having a nice day! I'm looking forward to pickup a new 2021 OMNI RB34. Have been reading a bit about the motorhome and preparing to hit the road as soon as I pick it up. I want to make sure I don't exceed the different weight ratings. Overall, I think I get GVWR rating and GCWR. For OMNI RB34, the OCCC is 1562 Lbs. I find that all occupants, things we load the RV with, and fresh water (about 500 Lbs.) tank are all factored in this OCCC. I don't know 100% sure, but it seems Fuel and LP are not included in OCCC. My concern and question to the group, is about the the hitch tongue rating of 1000 Lbs. Should that be factored in the OCCC even when I don't tow? And am I totally off or confused about this tongue rating of 1000 Lbs. for OMNI RB34? Thanks.

Welcome to the forum.

Tongue weight is factored into the GVWR and will be actual when towing. If you are flat towing your tongue weight should be very little. Tongue weight really comes into play with a dolly or trailer.

The OCCC considers full fuel and LP tank. The yellow sticker will state this.
