THOR #11037
Hello from Lebanon, Ohio!

We are Krista and Linda Wyatt and last fall traded our 2000 Thor Hurricane 30Q for a 2009 Damon Daybreak 3575. We would have liked to have a newer unit but the two couches, 38' length and "reverse" set up makes it a lot easier to travel with our goofy German Shepherd. Being newly retired, we also needed to stay within a certain budget so the '09 was a perfect fit.

We primarily travel with a group of friends, visiting Ohio's state parks once a month but we also have an annual trip to Townsend, TN (the quiet side of the Smokies) to visit friends and family in the area. For now, we're content to do weekend or week-long trips but will likely take some longer trips in the near future.

We didn't have it home long enough to take photos! We literally brought it home on a Friday put our things in it, then off to winter storage it went! Hoping to have it home Monday and will snap a few before it goes off for some upgrades.

LOL on the upgrades. We are just upgrading to match what we had in the old rig,,,,convection microwave, metal bathroom sink faucet instead of plastic, little things like that.

Photos as requested

We brought her out of hibernation today and are now hoping to not get the 8+ inches of snow they first predicted for tomorrow. I couldn't wait any longer to have her home so if it does snow I guess I'll find out if I have any roof leaks!

We love the decal on the back and since we agree with what it says, it will stay on there! Also pictured is Stormy with one ear bent because I was blaming her for making us get a bigger rig. It's a lame excuse but we'll use it!

We saw that one! Over the winter, we would look for other 3575's just to see how other's were outfitted. I actually talked about taking out the small sofa and putting a glider in and we laughed at the one you mentioned when we saw it. I have a similar ottoman I use out in my garage and I set it upside down one day on a bucket. Every time I looked at it, I wondered where that steering wheel came from!

Nice looking RV and dog! I grew up in Miamisburg and we always loved Hueston Woods and Indian Lake when we camped as kids. We'll be camping at Clermont County fairgrounds for Geowoodstock in May. Have a great time with you RV

Great looking rig. That decal on the back is outstanding. I think you will find the dog is the captain of that ship. Congrats.
