Hello folks,

Great to be reading yours posts this evening. I'm convinced but still have to have me wife on board for the purchase of a 2015 Axis 24-1. It has 8800 miles on it. The dealer has given me all the details of the previous owner. Any way, don't want to bore you with all these details. I would love to use this to come down to Florida in the winter (2-3 months) and then travel around Canada and the USA. I'm retired and my wife should be by december 2017. I plan to pull a small car. Heres the question that I havent seen yet. Since I plan longer stays (2-3 months) do any of you know of manufacturers that fabricate "summer" kitchens/family room. What I mean is an outside structure (3 walls + door and windows) and uses the rolled out canopy as a roof? I know of a place in my province but was wandering if this is a usual thing you RV'rs do or use in the States.

Welcome to the forum!! Lots of good info here. There are many different types of rooms that attach to the awning to give you the enclosed space. Most I have seen are canvas and screens. Happy trails!!
